• Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

• How to Start: Please email us at velotailteam@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item.

• Restocking Fee: For non-defective returns, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your total refund to cover processing costs.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
